For Van den Boom Agrarische Bedrijven, Farm Air has equipped a new and an existing house with biocombi air scrubbers, according to BWL 2009.12.V1. The air scrubbing system consists of 3 modules and has a total capacity of 423,000 m³ of air per hour and provides 85% ammonia reduction, 85% odour reduction and 80% fine dust reduction.
Project Van den Boom in De Rips
The air scrubbers are placed in durable plastic modules, which can easily be placed behind the barn. The modules are spacious, so that there is limited air resistance. The central control is built into a compact space directly above the process water tank and close to the air scrubbers, so that less energy is needed to pump the water over the filter packs.
